This Site is published solely to provide general marketing information about Ace Arte, Sector 150, Noida Expressway, and to enable prospective buyers to request further details — including pricing, floor plans, and site-visit scheduling — from our sales desk. It is an informational and lead-generation tool, not the developer's official project website.
3. Not an offer; no online payments
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer, advertisement (as defined under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016), invitation, or contract for the sale of any unit, nor a guarantee of availability, pricing, or investment return. No booking, allotment, or payment of any kind is accepted through this Site — enquiry forms are for callback and information requests only. Any transaction relating to the project will be governed solely by the developer's formal agreement for sale/allotment letter and RERA-registered documents.

Project details, specifications, floor plans, amenities, pricing, and images displayed on this Site are shared by the developer and are indicative only ("E. & O.E." — errors and omissions excepted). These are subject to change without notice, government approvals, and the developer's final RERA-registered plans. Please verify all details independently, including at up-rera.in, before making any decision.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the layout, design, and original text on this Site belong to CSS Infracon Private Limited. Project names, logos, renders, and imagery belonging to ACE Group are used with permission for marketing purposes and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit content from this Site without prior written permission.
