This website does not accept payments. Here's how EOI, booking, and cancellation refunds for Ace Arte are actually handled.
1. Scope of this policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how requests relating to your use of this website (the "Site"), operated by CSS Infracon Private Limited, are handled. It does not itself create, guarantee, or process any refund entitlement in relation to the Ace Arte project, since no payment of any kind is made through this Site.
2. No payments accepted on this website
This Site is a marketing and lead-generation page only. We do not accept, process, or collect any Expression of Interest (EOI) amount, booking amount, token amount, or any other payment through this Site, whether online or offline. Any payment you make in connection with the Ace Arte project must be made directly into the project's official RERA-designated bank account, as instructed by the developer's authorized sales team — never to this Site, to CSS Infracon Private Limited's personal accounts, or to any individual telecaller.
3. Withdrawing an enquiry or callback request
If you submitted an enquiry, callback request, or brochure/price-list request on this Site and wish to withdraw it or stop further communication, simply tell us via phone, WhatsApp, or email using the details in Section 8. We will update our records at no cost, since no fee is ever charged for using this Site or submitting a form.
4. EOI & booking amount refunds (developer's responsibility)
Any EOI amount, booking amount, or token amount you pay directly to the developer is governed solely by the developer's official EOI form, application form, or agreement for sale, and by the developer's own refund and cancellation terms as filed with UP RERA for this project. CSS Infracon Private Limited, as an authorized marketing partner, does not determine, hold, process, or guarantee any refund of amounts paid to the developer. For a refund request relating to an amount you have already paid, please contact the developer's official sales/CRM desk directly; we are happy to help you get in touch with them.
5. Cancellation, forfeiture & RERA provisions
Under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 ("RERA"), allottees have certain statutory rights regarding withdrawal and refund with interest in cases of developer default (including delayed possession), and protections against arbitrary forfeiture of amounts paid. The specific cancellation, forfeiture, and refund terms applicable to Ace Arte — including any earnest money or minimum forfeiture percentage — are set out in the developer's RERA-registered agreement for sale/allotment letter. We encourage you to read these documents carefully and to verify the project's RERA filings at up-rera.in before making any payment.
6. Site-visit & callback rescheduling
If you have scheduled a site visit or callback through this Site and need to reschedule or cancel it, just let us know via phone or WhatsApp. There is no charge or penalty for rescheduling or cancelling a site-visit or callback request made through this Site.
7. Chargebacks & disputes
Since this Site does not process any payment, chargeback and payment-dispute processes do not apply here. Any dispute relating to a payment must be raised with the developer, or with the bank/payment channel through which you paid the developer directly.
