3. If You Make a Payment Directly with the Developer

Should you choose to proceed further and make any booking amount, token, or other payment directly with the developer, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd., outside of this website, that payment will be governed exclusively by:

• The Application Form, Allotment Letter, and/or Builder-Buyer Agreement issued by the developer;
• The developer's own refund and cancellation terms, disclosed at the time of booking; and
• The provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and rules made thereunder.

CSS Infracon Pvt. Ltd., as a marketing channel partner, does not hold, process, or have control over any such payments, and is not a party to any refund or cancellation arising from them.

4. General Information on RERA Refund Provisions

For general awareness only (this is not legal advice): the RERA Act, 2016 provides certain statutory protections to homebuyers, including the right to a refund with interest in specified circumstances such as a promoter's failure to deliver possession as per the agreed timeline. The exact terms applicable to any purchase will be set out in your Builder-Buyer Agreement and governed by the RERA authority having jurisdiction (UP RERA for this project). We recommend reviewing these provisions with a qualified legal advisor and directly with the developer before making any payment.
