This website (the "Site") is operated by CSS Infracon Private Limited ("CSS Infracon", "we", "us", "our"), an independent, authorized real estate marketing and channel partner for the project Kalpataru Ardene, Nagpur, developed by Kalpataru Group. We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you fill in an enquiry form on this Site, including the pop-up enquiry form, the visual-tour form, and the forms on the Contact and homepage pages. This may include:

This Site uses Google Tag Manager to load a small number of tags, including Google Ads conversion tracking, so we can measure which enquiries came from our advertising campaigns. We use the information you submit to:

Enquiry forms on this Site are processed using Web3Forms, a third-party form-submission service, which delivers your enquiry to our team by email, and are also logged directly into our CRM system for follow-up. These providers process the data you submit in order to deliver and store it on our behalf, and are subject to their own privacy and security practices. 5. Cookies and local storage

This Site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Ads conversion-tracking tags, which may set cookies used to measure ad performance. We do not use these tags to build cross-site advertising profiles of individual visitors, and we do not run separate third-party analytics or session-recording tools on this Site. We also use a small piece of temporary browser session storage to remember that you have already seen the enquiry pop-up during your current visit, so it does not reappear repeatedly; this value is stored only in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab. We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and for our internal record-keeping, or until you request deletion, whichever is earlier.
