Cookie Policy
What "cookies" mean for this site — and what we actually use.
Last updated: 17 July 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website can place on your device to remember information between visits. Some websites also use "local storage" or "session storage" in your browser for a similar purpose.
2. Our approach: minimal, advertising-measurement cookies only
This website uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Ads conversion-tracking tags. These help us understand which advertising campaigns led to an enquiry, so we can measure and improve our advertising rather than spend on channels that don't work. These tags may set cookies associated with Google Ads. We do not run separate third-party analytics platforms, session-recording tools, or ad-retargeting pixels beyond what is loaded through Google Tag Manager for this purpose.
You can control or block these cookies at any time through your browser settings, or by using Google's own Ad Center and browser opt-out tools. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to browse this Site or submit an enquiry.
3. Session storage we do use
We use a single, temporary entry in your browser's session storage to remember that you have already seen the enquiry pop-up during your current visit, so it does not repeatedly interrupt your browsing. This value:
- Is stored only in your own browser, never on our servers
- Is not shared with any third party
- Is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab or session
4. Embedded third-party content
Some pages on this site embed a Google Maps view to show our location. Google may set its own cookies when this embed loads, in accordance with Google's own cookie and privacy practices, which are outside our control. We encourage you to review Google's privacy policy for details.
5. Form submissions
When you submit an enquiry form, your details are sent directly to our email (via Web3Forms) and logged in our CRM system, as described in our Privacy Policy. This is a one-time data submission, not an ongoing cookie or tracker.
6. Managing your browser storage
You can clear session storage and any browser data at any time through your browser's settings (usually under "Privacy" or "Clear browsing data"). Doing so simply means the enquiry pop-up may appear again on your next visit.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
